Job Summary
Lee Health in Southwest Florida is hosting a virtual RN Open House to explore Registered Nurse opportunities across multiple specialties. The event offers relocation support for experienced RN candidates and highlights roles in Med/Tele (PCU track), Critical Care (ED/ICU), Specialty units (Cardiac, Cardiothoracic Step-down, Neuro/Stroke, Orthopedics, Trauma Step-down, Oncology, Vascular Access, Home Health, and Nursing leadership/education tracks). Attendees can learn about accreditation and Magnet-related achievements, benefits (insurance, PTO, 403(b), disability, education assistance, PSLF), and the residency program for newly graduated and experienced RNs. The session is text-based and informational, not an interview, with opportunities to schedule a 1:1 chat with a Nurse Recruiter. Location-specific postings include several Southwest Florida cities (Fort Myers, Cape Coral, Estero, Naples, Lehigh Acres, Bonita Springs) and Charleston, SC, with relocation options available.
Required Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse license in Florida (or ability to obtain)
- Experience in Acute Care and Home Health
- Minimum of 1 year experience for Med/Tele/PCU specialties (as applicable)
- Willingness to participate in relocation options
