Job Summary
RN opportunities across Lee Health in Southwest Florida, including Med/Tele (PCU training), Cardiac, Cardiothoracic Step-down, Comprehensive, GI Surgical, Medical/Surgical, Neuro/Stroke, Orthopedics, Trauma Step-down, Critical Care (ED, ICU, OR/Endo, Dialysis), Infection Prevention, Nurse Management, Nursing Professional Development, Oncology, Vascular Access, and Home Health. Relocation support available for experienced candidates. Includes a Nurse Residency program option and a variety of benefits (insurance, PTO, retirement, onsite health services, child care, and more). 10-minute one-on-one chats with a Nurse Recruiter are scheduled for June 17 via a text-based virtual platform; the event is informational and not an interview. Positions offer shift differentials for degreed roles and opportunities across multiple Florida locations within the Lee Health system; magnet-designated facilities and large nonprofit organization context emphasized.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- experience in Acute Care and Home Health preferred
- willingness to relocate may be offered
- ability to work across multiple nursing specialties
- participation in residency program for new graduates and experienced RNs (optional)
