Job Summary
RN Open House event for Lee Health in Southwest Florida, featuring opportunities across Med/Tele, PCU, Cardiac, Cardiothoracic Step-down, ICU/ED, OR, Oncology, Home Health, and more. The session invites experienced RNs to learn about career opportunities, residency options for new grads, competitive benefits, relocation support, and the Magnet-enabled culture. Attendees can schedule a 10-minute text-based chat with a Nurse Recruiter; the event is informational and not an interview. Location options include multiple Florida sites (Fort Myers area, Cape Coral, Estero, Naples, Lehigh Acres, Bonita Springs) and New Orleans, LA, with potential specialty training and role variety within the Lee Health system.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing
- Experience in Acute Care and Home Health preferred
- Ability to participate in relocation programs for experienced RN candidates
- Willingness to engage in virtual informational sessions and 1:1 chats with Nurse Recruiter
- Eligible for Nursing residency program (optional for new grads)
- Shift differential availability for night/evening shifts
