Virtual RN Open House showcasing Lee Health nursing opportunities across acute care, home health, and specialty units. Attendees can learn about Magnet-environment culture, relocation options for experienced RNs, benefits such as PTO, 403(b) match, insurance, education assistance, and residency pathways. Roles touched include Med/Tele with PCU training potential, Progressive Care specialties (Cardiac, Cardiothoracic Step-down, Neuro/Stroke, Orthopedics, Trauma Step-down, Surgical/Medical, GI, Endoscopy/OR), Critical Care (ED/ICU), Dialysis, Infection Prevention, Nurse Managers, Nursing Professional Development, Oncology, Vascular Access, and Home Health. Required Qualifications
- Registered Nurse license in good standing
- Minimum 1 year experience in Acute Care and Home Health for Med/Tele PCU track
- Experience in or exposure to specialties such as Cardiac, Cardiothoracic Step-down, Surgical/Medical units, Neuro/Stroke, Orthopedics, Trauma Step-down, Critical Care (ED/ICU), Dialysis, and related areas preferred
- Ability to participate in virtual open house and 10-minute recruiter chat
