Job Summary
Virtual RN open house for Lee Health in Southwest Florida inviting RNs across Acute Care, Home Health, and multiple specialties to learn about opportunities, relocation support, and residency programs. The event includes a 10-minute one-on-one text-based chat with a Nurse Recruiter, and outlines multiple clinical paths (Med/Tele, ICU/CCU, Trauma, Neuro, Oncology, Vascular, Infection Prevention, Nurse Management, and more) with stated experience ranges for various areas and a magnet-designated environment. The session is informational, not an interview, and discusses benefits, shift differentials, and the organization’s scale and impact.
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse license in good standing
- Experience in Acute Care or Home Health preferred in listed specialties
- 1 year minimum in PCU or related units for certain roles
- Experience requirements vary by specialty (e.g., 2 yrs for some Seasonal ICU/ED/PCU roles)
- Residency program eligibility for new grads and experienced RNs
- Ability to participate in virtual open house and chat with Nurse Recruiter
- Relocation support eligibility
