Job Summary
Registered Nurse opportunities across Med/Tele with potential PCU training, plus specialties including Cardiac, Cardiothoracic Step-down, GI Surgical, Medical/Surgical, Neuro/Stroke, Observation, Orthopedics, Trauma Step-down, Critical Care (ED/ICU/OR), Dialysis, Infection Preventionist, Nurse Managers, Nursing Professional Development Specialists, Oncology, Vascular Access, and Home Health. Seasonal ICU/ED/PCU assignments (6–24 weeks) require 2+ years of recent experience in two areas. Includes pathway to Accredited Nurse residency program for new graduates and experienced RNs; relocation support available; comprehensive benefits, shift differentials, PTO, 403(b) match, and Magent-recognized environment. Required Qualifications
- Active RN license in Florida or ability to obtain
- Experience: minimum 1 year in Acute Care and Home Health OR demonstrated clinical competencies across med/surg, PACU, ICU, ED, OR, Dialysis as applicable
- Willingness to participate in residency or professional development programs (where applicable)
- Ability to work in Magnet-recognized environment
- Strong communication and patient-care skills
