Job Summary
Virtual RN Open House event for Lee Health in SW Florida. The session promotes opportunities for Registered Nurses across Acute Care, Home Health, and various specialty units (Med/Tele, PCI/PCU, ICU/ED, Cardiac, Orthopedics, Oncology, Vascular, etc.) with relocation support and select incentives. Attendees will engage in a text-based 10-minute chat with a Nurse Recruiter to learn about career opportunities, residency options for new graduates, benefits (insurance, PTO, retirement plan, education assistance), and the Magnet-certified environment. The event is informational and not an interview, but may lead to scheduling opportunities for follow-up discussions and potential roles within a large nonprofit health system in Florida; locations include multiple SW Florida cities and an Austin, TX hint.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) with active license
- Experience in Acute Care and Home Health
- Willingness to participate in residency program for new grads and experienced RNs
- Availability for relocation support and incentives
