Job Summary
Online RN Open House overview: An informational, text-based session for Registered Nurses to learn about career opportunities at Lee Health across specialties (Med/Tele, Critical Care, Cardiac, Orthopedics, Home Health, Oncology, etc.) including an optional Accredited Nurse residency program; attendees can upload resumes to potentially schedule a follow-up chat with a nurse recruiter. The event emphasizes culture, collaboration, and growth, and notes relocation support for experienced RN candidates and shift differentials for night/evening hours. Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse license to practice in Florida
- Experience in Acute Care and Home Health settings preferred
- Relocation support available for experienced RN candidates
- Recent or active RN experience in specified specialties as listed (Med/Tele, Critical Care, OR/Endo, Oncology, Home Health, etc.)
- Participation in residency program if applicable
