Job Summary
RN Open House event focused on exploring career opportunities within Lee Health's Magnet-recognized, nonprofit system in Southwest Florida, including Med/Tele with PCU training, Cardiac and Cardiothoracic Step-down, Comprehensive, GI Surgical, Neuro/Stroke, Orthopedics, Trauma Step-down, Critical Care (ED/ICU/OR), Dialysis, Infection Prevention, Nursing Management, Nursing Professional Development, Oncology, Vascular Access, Home Health, and an Accredited Nurse residency program for new graduates and experienced RNs. Highlights include relocation support for experienced candidates, shift differentials for degreed night and evening positions, extensive benefits (insurance, PTO, 403(b) match, employee health services, daycare), and opportunities across multiple facilities in Fort Myers, Cape Coral, Estero, Naples, Lehigh Acres, and surrounding areas. The session is text-based and informational (not an interview) with opportunities to schedule a 10-minute chat with a Nurse Recruiter.
Required Qualifications
- RN or BSN preferred
- Registered Nurse license in Florida or eligible for FL licensure
- Experience in Acute Care and Home Health preferred
- Relocation assistance offered for experienced RN candidates
