Job Summary
Virtual RN Open House and informational session for Lee Health’s nurse career opportunities across multiple specialties (Med/Tele with PCU training, Critical Care/ICU/ED, Home Health, Oncology, Vascular, and other roles) with relocation support. Attendees can join a 10-minute 1:1 chat with a Nurse Recruiter on June 17 and learn about nursing careers within a large nonprofit health system. The event is text-based and not an interview. Opportunities include permanent RN positions and seasonal assignments, with comprehensive benefits, shift differentials for degreed positions, and residency options for new graduates and experienced RNs. Location coverage includes multiple Southwest Florida sites (Fort Myers, Cape Coral, Estero, Naples, Lehigh Acres, Bonita Springs) and Chattanooga, TN, with on-site presence emphasized and relocation support offered for experienced candidates.
Required Qualifications
- RN
- Registered Nurse
- Nurse with Acute Care/Home Health experience
- Experience in Med/Tele, ICU/ED, PCU, Specialties listed (Cardiac, Cardiothoracic, Neuro/Stroke, Orthopedics, Trauma Step-down, etc.)
- Seasonal assignments require 2 yrs current/recent experience in two areas (ICU, ED, PCU)
