Job Summary
RN opportunities across multiple specialties at Lee Health in Southwest Florida, including Med/Surg, PCU, Cardiac, Cardiothoracic Step-down, GI Surgical, Neuro/Stroke, Orthopedics, Trauma Step-down, ICU, ED, Dialysis, Infection Prevention, Nursing Leadership roles, Oncology, and Vascular Access. Features a virtual open house on June 17th with nurse recruiters, location-based options across Fort Myers, Cape Coral, Estero, Naples, Lehigh Acres, Bonita Springs, and Lee County, FL, plus Rapid City, SD. Relocation support available and selective incentive programs for certain roles. Required Qualifications
- Registered Nurse license in good standing
- RN with Acute Care or Home Health experience preferred
- 1+ year experience in Med/Tele or PCU-like settings (minimum requirements listed in specialties)
- Ability to participate in informational open house sessions and follow-up chats
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
