Job Summary
Open House event for RN opportunities at Lee Health across Acute Care, Home Health, and specialty units. The session includes 10-minute 1:1 chats with a Nurse Recruiter, information about residency programs for newly graduated and experienced RNs, relocation support for experienced candidates, and a overview of benefits (insurance options, PTO, retirement plan, family coverage, EAP, child care, and more). Roles span Med/Surg/Telemetry, Cardiac, Cardiothoracic Step-down, Neuro/Stroke, Critical Care (ED/ICU), Dialysis, Infection Prevention, Nursing Leadership, Oncology, Vascular Access, and Seasonal ICU/ED/PCU assignments, with requirements including 2+ years in multiple areas for some specialties and a pathway for residency for new grads.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse license
- Nursing degree or equivalent
- Experience in acute care or home health settings preferred
