Job Summary
Virtual RN Open House event for Lee Health with opportunities across Med/Tele, Progressive Care, Critical Care, Home Health, and Nurse Residency tracks. Provides relocation support and a range of nursing roles within a large nonprofit health system. The session includes a 10-minute 1:1 chat with a Nurse Recruiter on June 17 and text-based interviews/like chats, with information on benefits, PTO, retirement plans, insurance, and professional development opportunities. Emphasis on Magnet-designated environment and diverse specialty areas including Cardiac, Neuro/Stroke, Trauma, ICU, OR/Endo, Dialysis, Oncology, Vascular Access, and Infection Preventionist, among others; seasonal assignments in ICU/ED/PCU also described.
Required Qualifications
- Active RN license
- Minimum of 1 year experience in Acute Care and/or Home Health
- Willingness to participate in Nurse Residency program for new grads (optional path mentioned)
- Ability to participate in relocation as offered by Lee Health
