Job Summary
RN OPEN HOUSE: Informational virtual session (June 17) hosted by Lee Health in SW Florida for Registered Nurses. Attendees can learn about career opportunities across Med/Tele, Critical Care, Trauma, Oncology, Home Health, and more, with a 10-minute 1:1 chat with a Nurse Recruiter (no application required to attend). Relocation support offered for experienced RN candidates; select incentives for certain roles; includes details on benefits (insurance, PTO, 403(b), EAP, child care, etc.). The session is text-based, not an interview, and aims to connect RNs with opportunities across multiple specialties within the Lee Health system. Location focus includes Fort Myers, Cape Coral, Estero, Naples, Lehigh Acres, Bonita Springs area in Southwest Florida (Lee County).
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in Florida or eligible to practice
- Experience in Acute Care or Home Health preferred
- Willingness to participate in informational virtual open house chat with Nurse Recruiter
