Job Summary
REGISTERED NURSE OPEN HOUSE: Informational session for RN opportunities across Lee Health system including Med/Surg, PCU, Cardiac, Cardiothoracic Step-down, ICU/ED, Oncology, Home Health, and more. Attendees can engage with Nurse Recruiters in a 1:1 text-based chat to learn about career opportunities, incentives, relocation support for experienced RN candidates, residency options for new grads, and benefits such as insurance, PTO, 403(b), and tuition/education assistance. Sessions highlight Magnet-equivalent environment, large nonprofit footprint in Southwest Florida, and shift differentials for night and evening roles. No formal interview during the event; resumes may be uploaded to facilitate potential scheduling for follow-up discussions. Roles span Acute Care, Critical Care, Home Health, Specialty units, and leadership/education paths with opportunities for growth within a large health system.
Required Qualifications
- RN or RN license in good standing
- Experience in Acute Care and Home Health preferred
- Shift differential information provided
- Magnet environment experience or interest in Magnet designation considered a plus
