Job Summary
RN in Gastroenterology Associates of Tidewater (One GI) at an ASC in Chesapeake, VA. Provide patient-centered nursing care during GI procedures, assist physicians, initiate IVs for sedation, administer medications, manage specimens and labeling, monitor patients during infusion, maintain a safe and clean environment, perform phlebotomy as needed, educate patients pre- and post-procedure, document assessments/interventions, and support office-visit management. ACLS certification required and GI-focused nursing background or willingness to obtain GI knowledge. No night or weekend shifts; competitive benefits and professional development opportunities.
