Job Summary
RN Oncology Infusion Clinician provides oncology infusion therapy including chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and targeted therapies in an outpatient infusion setting. Functions under supervision, demonstrates nursing process, patient-centered care, and education across diverse populations. Serves as a clinical resource, supports performance improvements, and may act as a preceptor for new staff; requires collaboration with care teams, adherence to safety standards, and flexibility for local travel within 35 miles of Cobb Hospital. Local travel and potential float between Cobb Hospital HODs.
Required Qualifications
- Associates Nursing or Diploma (Nurse) Nursing or Bachelors Nursing-Preferred
- RN license or license required for nursing practice in Georgia
- Oncology infusion nursing experience preferred
- Chemotherapy competence and familiarity with hazardous drugs
- BLS/ACLS may be required (as per policy)
- Strong patient care and education skills
- Ability to work in outpatient infusion center and adapt to float/travel within Cobb/HODs within 35 miles
