Job Summary
RN-Oncology, Day Shift: Delivers coordinated nursing care for a patient or assigned group of patients per established standards and nursing process; supervises and directs nursing staff across shifts; collaborates with the care team to ensure safe, healing care and effective discharge planning. Requires RN licensure in CA and BLS/CPR certifications; BSN preferred. The role emphasizes data collection, care planning, implementing interventions, evaluating outcomes, and providing education to patients and families within an acute care oncology setting.
