Job Summary
Manage nursing care for patients receiving chemotherapy or biologic therapy, including evaluating care needs, assessing learning requirements, and coordinating teaching plans. Perform venous access device management, draw labs prior to administration, and process prescription refills per protocol. Conduct telephone triage, orient patients to the infusion process, and provide psychosocial support by referring to behavioral health, social services, or financial counselors. Communicate concerns to supervisors and demonstrate effective charting and inter-departmental collaboration. Requires current Washington State RN licensure and 1+ years of oncology clinical experience.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited Nursing program (RN or BSN)
- Current Washington State licensure
- 1+ years of current clinical experience in Oncology setting

Desired Qualifications
- ONS Biotherapy & Chemotherapy Provider Card Oncology Nursing Certification. If not OCN upon hire, it will be an expectation of employment once eligible
