Job Summary
RN On Call — Weekends. Provide home visits for patient assessment, treatment, and support, including potential pronouncement of patient death and crisis management. Develop and revise nursing care plans with the physician and IDG, maintain thorough documentation, and communicate changes in patient needs and outcomes to the physician and team. Ensure compliance with local/state/federal regulations and company policies while delivering compassionate care during weekends (Friday 5pm – Monday 9am). This role requires an active RN license, a valid driver's license with reliable transportation, and prior RN experience in clinical settings; the position offers full-time benefits and travel as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Diploma, Associate or Baccalaureate School of Nursing
- Current State Registered Nurse License
- Current Driver's License, reliable transportation, and provide ongoing valid and current auto liability insurance
- Two years of experience as an RN preferred in a healthcare/clinical setting
