Job Summary
Respond to urgent and routine patient needs across the TriCounty territory, conducting comprehensive physical, emotional, social, and spiritual assessments. Maintain accurate documentation for home, agency, and regulatory standards while providing empathetic support to families navigating end-of-life care. This Full Time On-Call role requires a Bachelor's degree in nursing, an unencumbered RN license, and one year of acute care experience, with a Friday 4:30 pm to Monday 8 am schedule. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is available.
Required Qualifications
- Hold current unencumbered license as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Minimum one (1) year experience as an RN in a medical surgical/acute care setting
- Must be computer proficient in typing and various programs, including a background in EMR
- Possess and maintain current CPR certification if required by state
