RN On Call - $5,000 Sign On Bonus

Provide home visits for patient assessment, treatment, and support, including pronouncement of death, crisis management, and admission. Develop and revise nursing care plans with physicians to plan comprehensive services for patients and families. Perform clinical and progress notes, inform personnel of patient needs changes, and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws. Submit all documentation timely and perform other duties as required.
