RN providing patient care using the Nursing Process within the Nurse Practice Act framework; supervises licensed and ancillary team members, delegates and directs as needed, and assumes accountability for quality outcomes; supports cultural, ethnic and religious diversity; executes duties to achieve unit/department goals; uses data to evaluate and promote change; emphasizes teaching and learning needs for patients/families and collaborates with the Interdisciplinary Team; strong organizational and communication skills are required.
