Job Summary
Experienced ED RN sought for MultiCare Off Campus Emergency Department in Lacey. You will organize patient care by prioritizing, delegating, delivering and evaluating using the nursing process per hospital policies; collaborate with the nursing team to improve quality of care and patient experience; foster a learning environment for patients, families, and staff; advocate for ethical, holistic care and respect for diverse backgrounds. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Nursing, current WA RN license (or MLS endorsement), active BLS, ACLS, and PALS, and a minimum of 1 year of Emergency nursing experience. This role features 12-hour shifts with alternating weekends and a part-time FTE of 0.01. Additional consideration may be given to an advanced nursing degree (MSN/PhD/DNP/ARNP). Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- Current Registered Nurse license in Washington State or Multistate License endorsement (MLS)
- Current BLS certification
- ACLS
- PALS
- NRP required within 90 days of hire
- Two (2) years full-time RN experience in ER or other comparable experience
- Advanced degree in Nursing (MSN, PhD, DNP, ARNP) preferred
