Job Summary
RN Occupational Health role providing holistic nursing care across populations in Summit Healthcare Association. Responsibilities include performing ongoing assessments, identifying patient and family needs, documenting in collaboration with the interprofessional team, and developing and evaluating individualized care plans aligned with Standards of Practice. The role emphasizes comprehensive nursing processes (Assessment, Diagnosis, Planning, Implementation, Evaluation), advocacy for patient and family-centered care, and adherence to SHINE behavioral standards. On-call duties and weekend/holiday rotation are required; on-site work in Show Low, AZ. Requires current AZ RN license, CPR/BLS, CAOHC, DOT drug screening, and NIOSH certifications, with 2-3 years of acute care RN experience.
Required Qualifications
- AZ RN license
- CPR/BLS certification (within 30 days of hire date)
- Breath Alcohol Testing certification
- Certified Occupational Hearing Conservationist (CAOHC) certification
- DOT drug screening certification
- NIOSH Certification
- Minimum 2-3 years RN experience in an acute care setting
