Job Summary
Collect relevant patient data, analyze assessment findings to determine diagnoses, and develop intervention plans to attain health outcomes. Coordinate care delivery with multidisciplinary teams, delegate duties to nursing staff, and participate in discharge planning to ensure continuity. Provide health information to patients, families, and the treatment team while fostering a safe, healing environment. Requires BSN, RN licensure, and certifications including AHA-NRP, STABLE, ACLS, and Fetal Heart Monitoring. Full-time day shift position at Adventist Health Delano.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy
- AHA-NRP or ARC-NALS
- S.T.A.B.L.E Certification (STABLE)
- AHA-ACLS or ARC-ALS
- Fetal Heart Monitoring (FHM)
- All required vaccinations as a condition of employment and annually thereafter, where applicable
- Acknowledgement of E-Verify Participation and Right to Work notices

- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Acute care facility experience
