Job Summary
Provide direct comprehensive nursing care for patients from admission to discharge in the Emergency Department Observation Unit. Function as an on-shift team member managing patients with chest pain, cardiac arrhythmias, heart catheterizations, laparoscopic cholecystectomies, UTIs, and DVTs. Support high-level care with a provider on shift from 7 AM to 5 PM daily. Maintain full-time 36-hour weekly schedule working days from 7am-7pm. Requires current Indiana or compact state RN license, BLS, and ACLS certification. New Graduate RNs welcome.
Required Qualifications
- Current Indiana or compact state RN license
- BLS for healthcare provider
- ACLS for Healthcare provider (obtained within 12 months of hire)
- Full-time employment (36 Hours Weekly)
- Days shift (7am-7pm)
- Drug-free workplace compliance (post offer, pre-employment drug testing)
