Job Summary
RN in the Observation Unit at Essentia Health Duluth - Miller Dwan (0.75 FTE) responsible for organizing and providing patient care through assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation. Serve as a team leader, delegating tasks to other nursing personnel based on licensure and job descriptions. Ensure compliance with Joint Commission and other regulatory standards. Works Day/Night rotation with 12-hour shifts and every third weekend. Requires Minnesota nursing licensure and BCLS within one month. Required Qualifications
- Current nursing licensure in Minnesota
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification within one month
- Experience: 1 year Acute Med/Surg RN experience preferred, Critical Care experience preferred
