RN Observation

Assess patient conditions during admission and each scheduled shift, promptly identifying and reporting any changes in status. Perform procedures, monitor patients, and administer prescribed medications while ensuring thorough documentation of care administration. Respond promptly to patient requests, proactively anticipate needs, and resolve issues. Educate patients, families, and caregivers about medical conditions, treatment plans, medications, possible side effects, and follow-up measures to ensure complete understanding. Maintain clear and active GA or compact state nursing license with Basic Cardiac Life Support obtained within 30 days. This role is part of Memorial Health University Medical Center's 1 West Observation team, located in Savannah, Georgia, within a regional referral center serving 35 counties across southeast Georgia and southern South Carolina.
