Job Summary
Conduct acute mother-baby unit care on night shifts (7p–7:30a) with a 3, 12-hour rotation schedule including weekend and holiday rotations. Deliver patient-focused, whole-person care to mothers and newborns within the OB department at Providence Portland Medical Center. Maintain National Provider BLS certification upon hire and complete NRP training within 90 days.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Registered Nurse License
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- National Provider NRP - American Academy of Pediatrics
- 1 year Nursing experience
- Night shift differential – $10 p/hr
- $8,000 hiring bonus offered for eligible external hires that meet required qualifications and conditions for payment
- Work schedule of 3, 12 hour shifts 7p-7:30a one week, then 3, 12 hour shifts from 7p-7:30a the following week
- Weekend and holiday rotations apply
