RN - Med Surg role leading nursing care using the Nursing Process; delegates and assists licensed staff; ensures quality patient outcomes; delivers care with cultural sensitivity; supports unit and department goals; communicates effectively; adapts care to diverse patient populations; uses data to evaluate and promote care improvements; maintains compliance with regulations and standards; emphasizes patient privacy and professional accountability.
Required Qualifications
- Current RN License in the state of practice
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
- Education Required - Registered Nurse Diploma or higher (Diploma preferred; Associates or Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred)
