Job Summary
RN Nursing Unit Manager responsible for all operational aspects of the unit(s) on a 24-hour basis in a world-class, patient-centered long-term care setting. Leads nursing staff, ensures high-quality resident care, regulatory compliance, and collaborative care planning. Requires Maryland RN licensure and 2–5 years of supervisory/management experience in a long-term care environment. Travel not required; position based in Hagerstown, MD with full-time schedule and competitive benefits.
