RN Nursing Team Leader / Night Shift

Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, make critical clinical decisions, and manage care for inmates in a secure correctional healthcare environment during night shifts. Deliver quality patient interaction and maintain safe, structured operations while operating with increased autonomy compared to hospital settings. Work a 12-hour rotation every other weekend with a supportive team environment where meaningful care impacts the rest of the world asleep.
