Job Summary
RN Nursing Supervisor Part-Time at Beckley Healthcare Center in Beckley, WV. The role supervises and delegates nursing care, provides leadership to nursing staff, ensures adequate staffing levels, participates in orientation and training, develops shift assignments, communicates with ancillary departments, ensures adherence to departmental policies, maintains accurate resident documentation and records (including EHR), supports performance evaluations, and contributes to quality resident care and resource management. Requires current RN licensure in the state, a nursing degree from an accredited program, and prior long-term care and supervisory/management experience. Required Qualifications
- Must possess a current license as an RN in the state where the center is located
- Must possess, as a minimum, a Nursing degree from an accredited college or university
- Must have previous long term care experience
- Previous supervisory/management experience required
