Job Summary
RN Supervisor with 12-hour night shifts, overseeing nursing staff at a Strongsville, OH facility. Responsibilities include ensuring adequate staffing levels, developing shift assignments, training and orienting new employees, supervising nursing care delivery, communicating with ancillary departments, maintaining accurate resident documentation in the EHR, ensuring adherence to policies/procedures, supervising performance evaluations, managing resources and budget implications, and contributing to care planning and quality improvement. Role requires current RN license, a nursing degree, prior long-term care and supervisory experience, and ongoing staff training and licensure maintenance.
Required Qualifications
- Must possess a current license as an RN in the state where the center is located.
- Must possess, as a minimum, a Nursing degree from an accredited college or university and be a graduate of an approved RN Program.
- Must have previous long term care experience.
- Previous supervisory/management experience required.
