Oversee nursing operations during the overnight shift at the Montgomery County Jail, providing clinical leadership and supporting your team to ensure quality patient care in a secure correctional healthcare environment. Lead the Night Shift by making confident clinical decisions, solving problems, and guiding staff while maintaining safety and compliance standards. This role requires a dedicated Registered Nurse with experience in leading others who thrives when others rely on them. Monday–Friday | 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM.
