RN Nursing Supervisor - Labor and Delivery - Nights

Coordinate the activities of the Patient Care Unit to facilitate quality patient care and assume responsibility for the administration of the nursing unit as delegated by or in the absence of the Nurse Manager. Manage a 17-bed Labor and Delivery unit with 24-hour on-site OB anesthesia, triage, operating rooms, and high-risk antepartum care, supporting approximately 185 monthly deliveries. This Full-Time role requires 12-hour Night shifts including weekend and holiday rotations. The position requires a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, in-house training or one year of L&D experience, and three years in a specialty area, with preferred qualifications including RN Supervisor experience and NRP certification.
