RN - Nursing Manager- (NICU)

Conduct daily rounds with physicians and staff to coordinate patient care and initiate revised care plans. Supervise and direct assigned nursing personnel, establishing standards of care and ensuring adequate staffing through daily assessments and overtime authorization. Collaborate with charge nurses and unit champions to identify educational needs, set quality goals, and resolve operational or patient care issues. Monitor critical processes through audits and incident reports while preventing complications of care and conducting emergency preparedness reviews. Maintain a highly visible presence on the unit to optimize functional independence and satisfaction for patients, families, and staff.
