RN

RN provides direct patient care in a healthcare/long-term care/assisted living setting, conducting comprehensive health assessments, developing individualized care plans, administering medications and therapies, and coordinating with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to ensure safety and quality. Responsibilities include wound care, IV and catheter care, respiratory treatments, patient and family education, documentation in EHR, compliance with regulations, and emergency response as needed.
