Job Summary
Conduct thorough assessments of patient or resident health status, develop individualized care plans, and administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and facility protocols. Perform clinical procedures such as wound care and IV therapy, monitor vital signs, and provide patient education on lifestyle adjustments. Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic health record, ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, and participate in quality assurance initiatives. Respond promptly to medical emergencies and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate holistic care. Requires an active RN license and experience in healthcare or long-term care settings.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing)
- Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license
