RN – Nursing Career Pathway, Mercy Hospital South

Provide direct patient care across Med/Surg, Neurology, Orthopedics, General Surgery, and Medical Telemetry units, managing diagnoses ranging from respiratory infections to postoperative care and chemotherapy. Transition into specialty areas such as Labor & Delivery, Surgical ICU, or Cardiac Telemetry after building a foundational skill set. Maintain BLS certification and hold an active Missouri RN license while participating in the LPN-to-RN and RN-to-BSN educational pathways. Work full-time or part-time shifts including days and nights.
