Job Summary
Care for adult patients across Med/Surg, Neurology, Orthopedics, General Surgery, Medical Telemetry, Oncology, and Labor & Delivery units. Manage diagnoses including small bowel obstructions, respiratory infections, stroke, and cancer treatment while refining cardiac rhythm interpretation and postoperative care skills. Transition into specialty areas such as Surgical ICU, Cardiac Telemetry, or Emergency Department after building a strong foundation. This Med/Surg Career Pathway supports new graduate and experienced RNs with structured mentorship, precepting, and tuition reimbursement up to $2,000 annually.
Required Qualifications
- Nursing degree from an accredited program
- Active RN license (Missouri or compact)
- BLS (American Heart Association)
