Conduct Med/Surg nursing care for adult patients across inpatient units, including Neurology, Orthopedics, General Surgery, and Medical Telemetry, managing conditions ranging from small bowel obstructions to complex postoperative care. Provide continuous telemetry monitoring to refine cardiac and rhythm-interpretation skills while supporting patients with respiratory infections, cellulitis, and medically stable conditions. Transition into specialty areas such as Labor & Delivery, Surgical ICU, or Cardiac Telemetry after building a strong clinical foundation.
