Job Summary
Perform detailed newborn assessments, monitor for complications, administer medications and treatments, and assist with deliveries and immediate post-birth care. Educate and support parents on newborn care and breastfeeding, document thoroughly in the EMR, and collaborate closely with physicians, midwives, and lactation consultants. Provide expert, family-centered care for newborns in our hospital nursery during night shifts.
