Job Summary
Delivers coordinated nursing care for assigned patients according to established standards, supervises nursing staff, and coordinates care with other disciplines. Collects relevant health data, analyzes assessment findings to determine diagnosis and care issues, and develops intervention plans to attain patient outcomes. Implements care plans, promotes a safe environment, and evaluates progress toward goals while collaborating with patients, families, and healthcare providers. Participates in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care and delegates duties to team members as assigned. Requires BSN, RN licensure, and certifications including NRP, FHM, ACLS, and BLS. Full-time night shift in Kailua.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification from approved vendor per AH policy
- Fetal Heart Monitoring (FHM)
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy
- All required vaccinations as a condition of employment and annually thereafter, where applicable
- Acknowledgement of E-Verify Participation and Right to Work notices

- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Acute care facility experience
