RN Nurse Supervisor – Nights (7p–7a)

Lead and supervise the 7p–7a nursing team, overseeing clinical care, assessments, and medication administration. Respond to changes in resident condition and coordinate with providers as needed to ensure regulatory compliance and maintain accurate documentation. Support STNAs and nursing staff to deliver consistent, high-quality care while promoting resident comfort, safety, and dignity throughout the night.
