Job Summary
RN Nurse Supervisor in Med Surg Diabetic Endo: Oversees nursing care in the Med/Surg Diabetic Endo unit, directs and coordinates nursing functions during the shift, collaborates with management to improve patient outcomes, assists with admissions/discharges, participates in quality assessments, supports staff development and training, staffing and scheduling, inventory control, and policy compliance. Requires an RN license in TX, an Associate's Degree (Bachelor's preferred), and BLS; 1+ years of acute care experience with supervisory experience preferred. Full-time days with rotating weekends; sign-on bonus up to $15K potential.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree required
- Currently licensed as an RN in the State of TX and/or has an active compact license
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) required at hire
- 1+ years of recent acute care experience (preferred)
- Supervisory/Charge experience preferred
