Job Summary
Lead nursing in the Med Surg Diabetic Endo unit as RN Nurse Supervisor. Responsibilities include directing nursing care, overseeing admissions and discharges for efficient patient flow, collaborating with management to improve patient outcomes, mentoring staff, participating in staffing and scheduling, implementing nursing strategies, ensuring policy compliance, and coordinating training and development to support a patient-first philosophy and high-quality care.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree required
- RN license in TX and/or active compact license
- BLS certification (ARC or AHA)
- 1+ years acute care experience preferred
- Supervisory/Charge experience preferred
