Provide clinical oversight and leadership to the 7a–7p nursing team, ensuring delivery of high-quality care and services. Support staff with assessments, care planning, and clinical decision-making while maintaining compliance with state and federal regulations. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote quality outcomes and serve as a resource for residents, families, and staff throughout the day. Maintain accurate records and reports to identify areas for improvement.
