Job Summary
Prioritize, delegate, and evaluate patient care while integrating relevant standards and data to oversee clinical, quality, and cost-effective outcomes. Utilize the nursing process to deliver care according to policies and protocols, collaborating with the team to improve quality, patient experience, and cost reduction. Foster a learning environment for patients, families, and staff while advocating for ethical, holistic care that promotes patient autonomy and dignity. Track key quality metrics using nationally recognized benchmarks and lead care team initiatives aligned with the quadruple aim. Address non-clinical barriers by connecting patients with community services.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- Current Registered Nurse license in Washington State or Multistate License endorsement (MLS)
- Three to five (3-5) years of recent clinical experience in area of specialty
- Current BLS certification
Desired Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Nursing (MSN, PhD, DNP, ARNP)
- Certification specific to area of hiring, highly desirable. Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN), Certified Case Manager (CCMC), Accredited Case Manager (ACMA), Care Coordination and Transition Management (AAACN), Ambulatory Care Nursing (AAACN), or similar
- RN with 15+ years of experience may be considered in lieu of education requirement
